Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, defixfinance expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• You understand and agree that the above dispute procedures shall be your sole remedy in the event of dispute between you and defixfinance regarding any aspect of the service (including the enrolment process) and that you are waiving your right to lead or participate in a lawsuit involving other persons, such as a class action.
